Light
Not one for direct sunlight, Miko should be placed out in a moderate to low-light area. Given her need for regular watering and misting, chose a spot where you can do this with ease.
Water
Water Miko thoroughly during the growing season (spring and summer) when it is best to keep the soil evenly moist, without being so wet as to be waterlogged and soggy. Good drainage is therefore important here, and naturally reduce watering through the cooler months.
Humidity
Due to her Brazilian roots, humidity is best for Miko and she loves nothing more than to be misted (although remember to use distilled water or rain water - the fluoride in tap water can cause damage to these delicate leaves!)
